This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, used, stored, and protected through the BOLM Financial Integration.
1. Purpose of the BOLM Financial Integration
The BOLM Financial Integration is intended for authorized internal use by Bread of Life Ministry. It connects authorized financial and ministry systems to provide BOLM leadership with an improved view of the ministry’s financial health.
The integration may use information from systems including QuickBooks Online and BOLM’s internal ministry management and reporting systems. BOLM may also use contribution information obtained from its church management system as part of its internal financial analysis.

The integration may also process ministry financial information maintained within BOLM’s authorized internal systems.
3. QuickBooks Online Data
Access to QuickBooks Online is authorized through Intuit’s authentication and authorization process.
The BOLM Financial Integration only accesses QuickBooks information that Bread of Life Ministry has authorized the application to access.
QuickBooks credentials and passwords are not collected or stored by the BOLM Financial Integration.
Authorization credentials, tokens, or other security information required to maintain the connection are handled using appropriate security controls and are not intended to be displayed publicly or stored in publicly accessible documents.
