Effective Date: September 9, 2026
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the BOLM Financial Integration operated by Bread of Life Ministry (“BOLM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
The BOLM Financial Integration is an internal application designed to support Bread of Life Ministry’s accounting, financial analysis, operational reporting, and leadership decision-making.
By accessing or using the BOLM Financial Integration, an authorized user agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Authorized Use
The BOLM Financial Integration is intended primarily for authorized internal use by Bread of Life Ministry.
Access may be provided to BOLM leaders, employees, contractors, accountants, financial professionals, system administrators, or other individuals specifically authorized by Bread of Life Ministry.
Authorization to use the application does not grant permission to access information beyond the scope of the user’s assigned responsibilities.
2. License
Bread of Life Ministry grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the BOLM Financial Integration solely for authorized ministry purposes.
No ownership interest in the application, its underlying systems, or BOLM data is transferred to the user.
3. QuickBooks Online Integration
The BOLM Financial Integration may connect to Intuit QuickBooks Online to retrieve accounting and financial information authorized by Bread of Life Ministry.
Access to QuickBooks Online is subject to Intuit’s applicable terms, policies, authentication procedures, and authorization requirements.
Users may not attempt to circumvent Intuit security controls or obtain access to QuickBooks information for which they are not authorized.
4. Other Ministry Systems
The BOLM Financial Integration may interact with other systems authorized by Bread of Life Ministry for ministry administration, contribution analysis, financial reporting, workflow management, or operational reporting.
Information obtained from these systems may be combined for legitimate internal ministry reporting and decision-making purposes.
5. Acceptable Use
Authorized users may use the BOLM Financial Integration only for legitimate Bread of Life Ministry activities.
Users may not:
- Access the application without authorization
- Share access credentials or security information with unauthorized persons
- Attempt to bypass security controls
- Use financial information for unauthorized personal or commercial purposes
- Intentionally alter, destroy, disclose, or misuse BOLM financial information
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the application
- Use the application in violation of applicable law
6. Confidentiality
Financial, accounting, contribution, operational, and other nonpublic information accessed through the BOLM Financial Integration may be confidential.
Authorized users are responsible for protecting confidential information and may disclose such information only when authorized by Bread of Life Ministry or required by applicable law.
7. Data and Records
Information available through the BOLM Financial Integration remains subject to Bread of Life Ministry’s applicable accounting, financial management, recordkeeping, security, and organizational practices.
The BOLM Financial Integration is a reporting and operational tool and does not replace the official accounting records maintained in QuickBooks Online or other designated systems of record.
8. Security
Users must take reasonable measures to protect access to the BOLM Financial Integration.
Users must not intentionally disclose passwords, authorization tokens, client secrets, access credentials, or other protected security information to unauthorized individuals.
Bread of Life Ministry may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when necessary to protect its systems, financial information, or other organizational resources.
9. Availability and Changes
Bread of Life Ministry may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue all or part of the BOLM Financial Integration at any time.
BOLM does not guarantee that the application will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
10. Termination of Access
Authorization to use the BOLM Financial Integration may be revoked at any time.
Upon termination of authorization, the user must discontinue access to and use of the application and must continue to protect any confidential BOLM information previously accessed.
11. Third-Party Services
The BOLM Financial Integration may depend on third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and other technology services authorized by Bread of Life Ministry.
Use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies established by those providers.
12. Disclaimer
The BOLM Financial Integration is provided for internal ministry operational and financial management purposes.
Reports, dashboards, forecasts, alerts, or other information produced by the integration are intended to assist leadership decision-making and should not be considered independent legal, tax, audit, or professional accounting advice.
13. Changes to This Agreement
Bread of Life Ministry may update this Agreement when the BOLM Financial Integration, applicable requirements, or ministry practices change.
Continued authorized use of the application following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law.
